We provide Creative Wedding Planning with Elegant Flair to all our amazing clients. We make the wedding planning process easier, no matter what stage you’re in so you can enjoy being engaged and have fun on your wedding day.

Full Flair
The Full Flair Planning Package is a full service coordination and planning package and it includes so much! We help you throughout the planning process with budget, design, finding a venue, vendors and more. We arrive the morning of your wedding day giving the couple peace of mind knowing that all decor and every detail is being handled by your Master Certified Wedding Planner.
Personal Flair
The Personal Flair Planning Package is designed for couples who need coordination and planning but also need a little extra help with decor setup and advice on what works best for the couple and their guests in your venue. We arrive 4 hours before to set up DIY items, decor and manage wedding vendors to ensure that every personalized detail has been set up just as the couple wants.
Big Day Flair
The Big Day Flair Coordination Package is a month of package for couples who have completed their wedding plans and want a Certified Wedding Planner to coordinate and execute these plans on the day of their wedding. We arrive 2 hours before to manage your team of wedding vendors, guests, wedding party and family for your Big Day and help tie up any loose ends.
Micro Flair Wedding Planning
Micro Wedding Planning is designed for couples who would like just an intimate ceremony. Includes 2 hours of coordination on the wedding day hosting up to 50 guests. We prepare your wedding day timeline, assist your ceremony team and coordinated the rehearsal to ensure your wedding ceremony runs smoothly.
Mini Flair Wedding Planning
Mini Wedding Planning is designed for couples who would like an intimate wedding ceremony and a mini reception hosting up to 50 guests. Includes: couple’s grand entrance, cake cutting and couples grand exit. We prepare you wedding day timeline, coordinate 4 hours on the wedding day plus an additional 1 hour for rehearsal.
Design Package
We help you develop a cohesive design theme that compliments your colors, style, and your budget. Includes creating a floor layout of both the ceremony and reception spaces, invitation assistance, placements preparation and setup of decor items. This package is most booked with the Big Day Flair Coordination Package.
Set Up & Breakdown Package
Our team arrives 4 hours before to help set up and stays 2 hours after to breakdown and store decor in the proper places. When both families are tired after a long day of celebrating with the newlyweds, we tie up all the loose ends and we help you breakdown and load up set up after the wedding reception. This package is most booked with both the Big Day Flair Coordination Package and the Personal Flair Planning Package.
